Estate Sale BoNaNza!

So...an old family friend phoned a few days ago and invited my Mom and me to an home where she is holding an estate sale. She found miniatures and thought of us. With her team, she has been working on pricing everything in the house since June and hopes to hold the sale in September, but they are still finding boxes of treasures (& 'stuff'). There are varied collections; antique and vintage, including Lalique, Pendelfin, Goebel, Royal Doulton, Lladro, mercury glass, dozens of Madame Alexander dolls, Steiff, Lentz, Lennox, but best of all (to me) was the Wee Forest Folk! It was so exciting to see all of the treasures but the Wee Forest Folk really took my breath away. Even better, I brought the WFF home with me to price and sell! I now have a job~although any money I make will help me buy one or two of the (hard to find) mice. I look at the pictures I took that day and get so excited about the chance of owning several of the eclectic items. I have decided that I could never work an estate sale. I would drive my husband crazy, bringing home more 'stuff'! I do know that I will be standing in line, hoping to be one of the first to go into this estate sale.
